AIDA Cruises has announced its widest variety of cruises to date for 2018. The German-based cruise lines has also announced that its new ship, AIDAperla will cruise from Hamburg during summer 2018, following her winter debut season in the Mediterranean. The 125,000 gross tonne AIDAperla will begin operating Mediterranean cruises from 01 September 2017. Cruises from Hamburg will commence from March 2018, operating seven-day cruises to Southampton, Le Havre, Zeebrugge and Rotterdam. Sister ship, AIDAprima will head to the Canary Islands in October 2017, offering seven-night cruises. AIDAcara will depart on AIDA Cruises’ first ever world cruise, setting sail from Hamburg on 17 October 2017. During the 116-day cruise, the ship will visit 41 ports in 23 countries.
14-day cruises from Mauritius will be offered on AIDAaura between November 2017 and February 2018. Guests will enjoy an overnight stay in the Seychelles as well as calls into Réunion Island and Madagascar. From May 2017, AIDAbella will cruise seven-day Western Mediterranean cruises, sailing from Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona. From September 2017 the ship will offer 10 and 11-night cruises between Palma de Mallorca and Venice. AIDAbella will then set sail for Bangkok, via Dubai in November 2017, where the ship will offer 14-day sailings visiting Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. In April 2018 the ship will cruise from Shanghai back to Palma de Mallorca. The repositioning cruise will be made up for three segments with a 16-day cruise from Shanghai to Singapore, an 18-day cruise from Singapore to Dubai and a 13-day non-stop cruise sailing from Dubai to Palma de Mallorca which includes a transit of the Suez Canal. Cruises up until April 2018 can be booked from 06 October 2016.
