British-based cruise line, Cruise & Maritime Voyages has announced two new additional departure ports from the United Kingdom for its 2018 cruise programme.
The cruise line’s smallest ship, the 550-passenger Astoria, will offer cruises from Poole and Portsmouth. With the addition of these two news departure ports, Cruise & Maritime Voyages now offer cruises from sixteen different ports across the United Kingdom.
Astoria will offer four different cruise itineraries from Poole, departing in August and September 2018. A three-night weekend cruise offers the chance to see the Bournemouth International Airshow and cruises to Honfleur and Rouen in France, whilst a ten-night cruise will explore Norway and the majestic fjords.
Five different cruises will depart from Portsmouth, in September and October 2018, ranging from nine to fourteen-nights. A nine-night cruise sails to the fjords of Norway with a visit to Rotterdam and Amsterdam too, whilst another nine-night cruise visits the cities of northern Europe and cruises the Kiel Canal. One of two thirteen-night cruises heads to the Baltic with an overnight stay in St Petersburg. The other thirteen-night cruise will sail around the British Isles.
The last cruise on Astoria with Cruise & Maritime Voyages is a fourteen-night cruise, departing Portsmouth of 17 October 2018. The Northern Lights cruises includes a variety of ports of call in Norway.
