Unique Prints To Be Auctioned On Ambassador Cruise Line’s CEO Cruise To Raise Funds For ORCA22/10/2025
I am delighted to share with you all, that I will be visiting Ambience on 27 October 2025, whilst the ship is docked at her homeport of London, Tilbury.
The flagship of the Ambassador Cruise Line fleet, Ambience, will be setting sail on a 16-night CEO Cruise, aiming to raise awareness and funds for marine conservation, in partnership with ORCA and Sail Away Magazine.

A few months ago, I approached the guys at Sail Away Magazine with the idea of auctioning a unique printed copy of my drawings of Ambience and Ambition. Dan and Jay discussed the idea with Ambassador Cruise Line, who agreed, and subsequently have invited me on board Ambience for a visit to the ship on the day guests embark the CEO Cruise.
I previously presented a drawing on board Ambience back in the summer of 2023, during a ship visit. Ambassador Cruise Line later invited me on a three-night cruise on Ambition in return for a drawing of the ship. Both of my drawings are now displayed on board the ships for guests and crew to admire. During the CEO Cruise on Ambience to the Northern Lights, guests will have to opportunity to gain first-hand insights from the CEO of Ambassador Cruise Line, Christian Verhounig, and ORCA’s CEO, Sally Hamilton. Also on board will be Dan and Jay from Sail Away Magazine, as well as special guests including Travel Blog Jamie, Cruise Mummy, and Dr Stephen Payne OBE. The expert team from ORCA will lead a series of engaging lectures and interactive workshops on board Ambience. Guests will also have the chance to partake in real-time marine research and wildlife spotting.
The cruise will also feature exclusive events, including a Black and White Gala Night in support of ORCA, including a fundraising auction with unique prizes, together with the prestigious CEO Dinner, where lucky guests will dine with industry leaders.
During the fundraising auction, my one-off signed prints of my drawings of Ambience and Ambition will be auctioned. I hope that they will help raise some funds for ORCA. In similar auctions sometime ago, a drawing on board Saga Sapphire raised over £1,400 for The Silver Line, and a drawing of Queen Elizabeth 2 at a charity event in Plymouth helped raise £350 for local sea cadets. For those of you not on board and who might be interested in purchasing limited-edition prints of my drawings of Ambience and Ambition, you can view these below or by visiting the Cruise Cotterill shop. I would like to extend my thanks to both Ambassador Cruise Line and Sail Away Magazine. I can’t wait to step aboard Ambience once again. I also need a cruise on board soon… Watch this space!
