Five years after it was officially named by the Duchess of Cambridge, the 141,000 gross tonne Royal Princess will return to Southampton and will offer Britain Isles cruise itinerates. A fire on board the 4,253 gross tonne cruise ship, SeaDream I has reportedly lead to all passengers being evacuated from the ship, whilst sailing in the Mediterranean.
The 1984-built cruise ship was sailing between Amalfi and Palinuro when the fire broke out in the ship’s engine room. 105 passengers and 61 crew members were on board at the time. |
