​Cunard's Queen Anne Floated Out at Fincantier Shipyard

Cunard Line has celebrated another milestone in the construction of its fourth ship, Queen Anne. The float out of the new Cunader took place at the Fincantieri Marghera shipyard in Venice, Italy on 03 May 2023.

​Queen Anne will be the 249th ship company has launched. The float out comes exactly one year from the scheduled maiden voyage form Southampton to Lisbon, which will depart on 03 May 2024.

The float out ceremony is steeped in tradition and see a Madrina is named to offer blessings and best wishes for the ship, celebrating the flow of water into the drydock at the shipyard.
