Princess Cruises’ latest new built cruise ship, Majestic Princess has successfully completed her sea trials off the coast of Italy.
The new 141,000 gross tonne cruise ship is the third in Princess Cruises’ Royal-class but unlike her sister ships, Royal Princess and Regal Princess, the newer Majestic Princess has been tailored for the Chinese cruise market.
Majestic Princess will feature a number of new venues on board, including two new speciality restaurants and private karaoke rooms each fitted with sofas, large TV screens and a mini-bar. These are just some of the changes to the latest Royal-class cruise ship.
Majestic Princess has been built at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy and is due to set sail on her inaugural cruise on 04 April 2017. The five-night round-trip Adriatic cruise will depart Rome and visit Kotor and Corfu.
The 3,560-passenger cruise ship will offer a selection of other cruises in the Mediterranean before repositioning to Asia.
