MSC Cruises have released a new full length virtual tour video of MSC Grandiosa, which will become the cruise line’s newest flagship.
The 181,000 gross tonne ship is currently under construction at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France.
Chantiers de l'Atlantique is scheduled to deliver the new ship to MSC Cruises in November 2019. The christening ceremony will take place in Hamburg on 09 November 2019. The maiden voyage will depart Hamburg on 10 November 2019, cruising to the Mediterranean.
MSC Grandiosa is the first of two Meraviglia-Plus class ships for MSC Cruises. During her inaugural season the ship will cruise the Western Mediterranean on seven-night itineraries calling at Genoa, Civitavecchia, Palermo, Valletta, Barcelona and Marseille.
The new ship will become the cruise line’s newest flagship, which the biggest and richest in features ship yet to be built by MSC Cruises, she will live up to her name, which means magnificence and grandeur.
