Vodohod, Russia’s largest river cruise company is to build a new 342-passenger river cruise ship, which will launch in 2020.
The new vessel will be four decks high and 141 metres in lengths. Currently known as ‘PV 300’, the new river cruise ship will operate 10 and 11-night cruises between Moscow and St Petersburg, with visits to Uglich, Yaroslavl, Goritsy, Kizhi and Mandrogui.
Construction of the new ship will take place at the Krasnoye Sormovo and is expected to commence in 2019. The ship will depart on its first cruise from Moscow on 12 May 2020.
The ship will offer accommodation ranging from 19m2 to 30m2. All accommodation will feature French balconies. Passenger amenities on board will include a pub, panoramic lounge bar, restaurant, conference room, library, children’s room and a spa and salon.
