130,000 tonne Carnival Dream at Sea during her sea trails Today, Tuesday 29th March 2011, our drawing of Carnival Dream began it’s journey across the Atlantic Ocean to Kansas City. The drawing is set to be taken aboard the vessel itself later this year in late April 2011, where it will hopefully be presented to the Captain of the 130,000 tonne vessel. Debbie Richards who is a keen follower of Dream Designs Colchester and a member of the online cruise forum CruiseLineFans, has so very kindly agreed to take our drawing of Carnival Dream aboard the vessel with her, on our behalf during her 7 night Western Caribbean cruise. In a previous post Debbie Richards said: " I’ve been following Harry’s progress for the past couple of years. His drawings have been getting better and better over time. I am very honoured that Harry asked me to take his drawing of the Carnival Dream aboard and present it to the Captain." Our drawing of Carnival Dream will be the second of our drawings so far this year which have been taken aboard on our behalf and presented to the vessels’ Captains. We currently have a number of other such presentations planned, on our behalf, which will take place during 2011, including Norwegian Pearl, Norwegian Star, Freedom of the Seas, Vision of the Seas, Arcadia along with countless others! Harry Cotterill, President & Managing Director, Dream Designs Colchester, said: " Today marks another milestone for us at Dream Designs Colchester, as another of our world renowned drawings departs and begin it’s very own journey. I am sure the Captain of Carnival Dream will be just as impressed with the drawing, as many of the previous Captains have been."
