Did you know from 19 - 27 September 2015 it is 'National Cruise Week' in the UK? The Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) are urging travel agents to use social media throughout the week and will be using #CLIACruiseFest.

Up to $150 on-board credit on offer with Carnival Cruise Lines

Carnival is offering great prices plus up to $100 on-board credit per stateroom across the Carnival fleet. Take advantage of the offer from 19 to 30 September, 2015 for voyages sailing from 19 September, 2015 to 31 May, 2016. Exclusively for cruises on the ‘Carnival Vista’ the new ship launching in Europe next summer, the cruise line is offering up to $150 on-board credit per stateroom when booked between 19 and 30 September, 2015.

Half price fares for second passengers and complimentary drinks packages with Celebrity Cruises

To celebrate CLIA Cruise Week, Celebrity Cruises has introduced half price fares for a second passenger and a complimentary drinks package worth $69 per day, on a number of 2016 sailings around the world. Destinations include the Mediterranean, Scandinavia and more. 

Autumn special deals with Cruise & Maritime Voyages Cruise & Maritime Voyages

Cruise & Maritme Voayges has released a number of Autumn special deals from London – Tilbury for CLIA Cruise Week. The offers start with an eight night cruise on Magellan departing 1 October, 2015 from only £499pp. This cruise visits Amsterdam, Hamburg, Helsingborg (Sweden), Copenhagen and Aalborg. On 23 October, set off on Magellan for 15 nights looking for sunshine further South towards the Canary Islands and Madeira. This voyage takes in Amsterdam, Gibraltar, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Las Palmas, Madeira and Lisbon. Prices from £849 per person.

 

2015 cruise itineraries at £50 per person per night for an inside twin cabin with Fred. Olsen

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines will launch the ‘Warmer Cruising’ brochure in September which offers all 2015 inside twin cabins at £50 per person per night on selected cruises to the Caribbean; Canary Islands, Madeira and the Azores; the Mediterranean and Europe; Scandinavia and St. Petersburg; and mini cruises. Book an Outside cabin or above and upgrade to all-inclusive drinks packages from just £5 per person per night. 

Receive up to $400 to spend on-board with Holland America To celebrate Cruise Week 

Holland America Line is offering guests booking a new cruise during the Week up to $400 per stateroom to spend on-board – depending on room type and length of cruise. Holidaymakers can use the complimentary credit towards shore excursions, or expenses such as drinks or treat themselves to a pampering session in the spa. What’s more the offer can be combined with other promotions. This includes a seven night break to the Caribbean from as little as £349 per person for cruise only, departing November, 2015.

 

Free balcony upgrades with MSC Cruises

MSC Cruises is offering free balcony upgrades on holidays through to Winter 2016/2017 itineraries. The ‘Get the Best’ promotion is valid on both cruise-only and flycruise packages, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a Balcony cabin for the price of an Inside cabin. The offer applies to a selection of sailings across the cruise line’s fleet. 

Bookings must be made between 4 September and 30 November, 2015. With seven ships operating in the Mediterranean next summer, there is plenty of choice for those looking to book early. For even better value, UK holidaymakers will be able to take advantage of great-value upgrades on all seven-night Mediterranean sailings. For example, an upgrade from ‘Bella’ to ‘Fantastica’ is just £50 per person and includes services such as free 24-hour room service and breakfast served in the cabin. Or an upgrade from ‘Bella’ to the luxurious ‘MSC Yacht Club’ is available for an additional £300 per person including a 24-hour butler and all-inclusive Yacht Club drinks.

£35 complimentary spending money with Norwegian Cruise Line 

Book an Inside or Studio cabin on sailings with Norwegian Cruise Line and receive either £35 on board spending money, free soda package, complimentary 100 minute internet package or $50 speciality dining credit to enjoy in one of the line’s speciality restaurants. Based on travel after 1 April, 2016. 

Buy one get one half off or 50% off on selected itineraries with Royal Caribbean 

A selection of Royal Caribbean cruises are being discounted by 50%, for cruise only fares. The deal includes 9 nights from 30 October, Greek Isles itinerary aboard Rhapsody of the Seas from £699 per person plus flights departing from Gatwick airport; and 16 nights Suez Canal on-board Splendour of the Seas, departing 28 November, priced at £1,139 per person including flights. 

In addition to the 50% discount, Royal is also offering two itineraries at a ‘Buy one, get one half price’ rate. Sail the Western Caribbean for 7 nights on 6 December, 2015, available to the second guest at £855 including flights for an interior stateroom. Alternatively, spend 7 nights in the Arabian Gulf from 14 December 2015 and travel on-board Splendour of the Seas departing from Dubai, priced at £885 for the second passenger staying in an interior stateroom.
