Golden Princess Official Drawing Presentation

At Dream Designs Colchester we are thrilled to share with you the success of our most recent official drawing presentation.

On December 22nd 2012 our especially assigned drawing of Princess Cruises’ Golden Princess was officially presented to the Master of vessel, Captain Vincenzo Lubrano.

The especially assigned drawing was presented to the Captain on behalf of Dream Designs Colchester by one of our fellow followers Patty Glueck. 

The official drawing presentation took place during Patty’s very own 14 night Hawaiian cruise aboard Golden Princess.

Sometime before Patty boarded Golden Princess we took the opportunity to get in touch with Princess Cruises in an attempt to arrange for Patty to meet with the Captain in order to officially present the drawing to the Captain. 

Upon boarding Golden Princess, Patty visited the Passenger Services Desk to inform them of the planned drawing presentation which they were unaware of. Inevitably Patty handed the drawing to the ship's Future Cruise Consultant during the Captain's Circle Party.

A few days later Patty was later invited to the bridge where she was given the opportunity to officially present the drawing of Golden Princess to Captain Vincenzo Lubrano in person on our behalf.

Also present for the presentation were many of the ship's Senior Officers as well as the Hotel General Manager. Patty and her family were given a complete tour of the bridge by an officer and in return for our drawing were presented with souvenir.

Master of Golden Princess, Captain Vincenzo Lubrano, wrote:

" On behalf of the officers and crew aboard Golden Princess, we would like to thank you for the drawing of our vessel. We intend to display it aboard the vessel."

He continued:

" Everybody that viewed the drawing, including myself was in sheer admiration. This is a unique skill that you possess and the attention to detail was appreciated. "
