Hebridean Princess berthed alongside Harwich International Port Today, Friday 19th August 2011, Dream Designs Colchester has the pleasure of visiting Hebridean Princess, whilst berthed alongside the Cruise Terminal at Harwich International Port, during her inaugural visit. Dream Designs Colchester first contacted Hebridean Island Cruises earlier this year, after especially assigning a drawing of Hebridean Princess in February 2011. Hebridean Islands Cruises so very kindly agreed to welcome us aboard Hebridean Princess whilst berthed at Harwich International Port. Upon arriving at Harwich International Port, Harry Cotterill, President & Managing Director, Dream Designs Colchester and his father, Brian Cotterill, where met by Ken Charleson, Sales & Marketing Director, Hebridean Island Cruises, who ecourted them to the gangway. Before boarding the vessel, the Master of Hebridean Princess, Captain Richard Heaton met with Harry Cotterill, President & Manging Director, Dream Designs Colchester and Brian Cotterill on the dockside, to take the opportunity to photograph our drawing of Hebridean Princess with the vessel berthed behind, alongside the Cruise Terminal at Harwich International Port. Captain Richard Heaton was truly delighted with our drawing of Hebridean Princess and showed such an interest in Dream Designs Colchester and our work. Harry Cotterill, President & Manging Director, Dream Designs Colchester and Brian Cotterill were then taken aboard the vessel by Captain Richard Heaton, where we enjoyed a drink together in the Tree Lounge, overlooking the bow of the vessel. After spending quite sometime chatting in the Tree Lounge, Captain Richard Heaton then escouted them to the bridge of Hebridean Princess. Whilst visiting the bridge, Captain Richard Heaton so very kindly presented us with an official Hebridean Princess plaque. Harry Cotterill, President & Manging Director, Dream Designs Colchester and Brian Cotterill were then given the opportunity to tour the ship, including the various public areas, as well as the engine & generator room, even the bow thruster room too!
