Pride of America plans revealed

Norwegian Cruise Line's Pride of America departing New York

Dream Designs Colchester are delighted to be able to take this opportunity to reveal to you our exciting plans for one of our most recently assigned Cruise Ship Drawings of Norwegian Cruise Line's Pride of America.

Our drawing of Pride of America was especially assigned after James Bryd, Guest Service Supervisor, Pride of America contacted Harry Cotterill, President & Managing Director, Dream Designs Colchester, to offer to present a drawing of the vessel to the Master of Pride of America, Captain Buz Radican.

Dream Designs Colchester has had a connection with Norwegian Cruise Line since June 2010, when our Volunteer @ Sea, Patricia, presented our drawing of Norwegian Epic to the ship during her 2 night cruise aboard the vessel from Rotterdam to Southampton. Sadly we never recieved a reply from Norwegian Cruise Line or the Master of Norwegian Epic, Captain Trygve Vorren.

Recently in July 2011 our Volunteers @ Sea, John & Marilyn presented our drawing of Norwegian Pearl to Julie Valeriote, Cruise Director, Norwegian Pearl. The drawing was orginally due to be presented to the Captain of the vessel during their cruise aboard in May 2011, but unfortunately due to a delay in shipping our drawing did not arrive in time. However, Norwegain Cruise Line kindly invited John & Marilyn aboard Norwegian Pearl, to present our drawing on behalf of Dream Designs Colchester and enjoyed lunch aboard whilst the ship was docked in Seattle.

Our drawing of Pride of America is due to depart Dream Designs Colchester next week, before beginning it's journey to James Bryd, Guest Service Supervisor, Pride of America in the United States. Upon it's arrival the drawing will then board the ship, before being presented to Captain Buz Radican on behalf of Dream Designs Colchester.
