We’re so excited to have been invited by MSC Cruises to once again visit and explore the amazing MSC Meraviglia! The ship is truly incredible and currently the largest ship in the fleet boasting some awe-inspiring features.
Gavin and I have been invited to join a ship visit aboard MSC Meraviglia in Southampton on 25 August 2018. We have visited the ship once before, in Le Havre, France and spent a night on board but it was such a long journey and our coach arrived late which meant we didn’t get the chance to see and do as much as we would have liked.
We are expected to board the ship in Southampton at around 11:00 before going on a guided tour. There is definitely a lot to see as the ship has 14 passenger decks, with countless venues and exciting amenities to choose from, including multiple dining venues and bars, a waterpark, sports centre, shopping promenade, two theatres and an expansive spa and fitness centre.
Following our tour we will be treated to lunch in one of the main restaurants on board. After lunch we will be taken to the Chocolate Bar on board. MSC Cruises have partnered with French master-pâtissier Jean-Philippe Maury who brings his award-winning touch on board MSC Meraviglia. We will even get a chance to sample some of the delightful chocolate! Sounds perfect, right!? Keep a close look out on our Facebook and Twitter feeds over the weekend for live updates and photos from our visit on board MSC Meraviglia. If you have any questions about the ship or MSC Cruises which you would like us to answer, please comment on this blog or on social media and we will do our best to answer them. Happy cruising!
