 Carnival Cruise Lines' Carnival Victory photographed at sea At Dream Designs Colchester we are delighted to take this opportunity to officially announce to you, our plans for our brand new especially assigned drawing of Carnival Cruise Line's Carnival Victory. The drawing is due to be officially presented to the Captain of the vessel in late May or early June 2013. Our honourable Volunteers @ Sea, Debbie & Earl will be presenting the drawing on behalf of Dream Designs Colchester during their 5 night cruise aboard Carnival Victory. We were pleased to officially welcome Debbie & Earl to our team of Volunteers @ Sea, last year. In recent years they have presented 3 other Carnival Cruise Line drawing on behalf on Dream Designs Colchester aboard Carnival Dream, Carnival Liberty and Carnival Freedom.
