Finally, after having thought about it for a few years now, we’ve gone ahead and booked a cruise to Norway. Gavin and I have wanted to cruise to Norway for a while but we wanted to make sure we got it right, booking the right ship at the right price.
We’ve booked a seven-night cruise to the Norwegian Fjords on board Cruise & Maritime Voyages’ Columbus. In fact we actually booked the cruise whilst on board the first cruise on the new flagship.
We had thought about booking a cruise on Columbus to Norway before we sailed on the ship but wanted to make sure we liked it. Overall we really enjoyed the three-night cruise so were keen to go ahead and book ourselves on that cruise we’d had our eyes on for a while!
We had been tempted by other cruise lines too, on much larger ships. However these larger ships which more passengers simply don’t offer the intimate atmosphere and personal, friendly service which the ships in the Cruise & Maritime Voyages fleet offer.
The cruise we've booked departs London, Tilbury on 30 May 2018 and will visit Amsterdam, Eidfjord, Flåm and Bergen. We will also enjoy two sea days, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the ship, relax and hopefully if the weather is good, soak up some sun!
We’re REALLY excited to have finally booked a cruise to Norway and can’t wait to see the spectacular scenery in person for ourselves!!!
